Compared to other VDR providers iDeals not only focuses on the secure file sharing and uploading but also on the easy interface for their users. According to iDeals new users don’t need any training to get along with the virtual data room. But of course they also offer different training methods: web seminars, live online, in person or documentation.

A new user can choose between three versions: Basic, Pro and Enterprise. The Basic one costs 150$ per month. The detail pricing for the other two versions are communicated through personal contact. Besides that you can also have a free trial of the Basic version, lasting for 30 days. As a new user and a normal customer you are able to contact the Support Service 24/7. The only difference to make is that Basic users only receive support via E-Mail and in English whereas Pro users are able to communicate with the support 24/7 via Mail or Phone and in multiple languages. Futhermore Support answers take longer in the Basic version and Live Training is only available for Pro users.
